How to solve setup was unable to create system partition when setup windows7

At first we want to say why show this message? Probably when you setup windows using bootable pen-drive, show this message. So, How to solve this problem?


1. when show this message, remove your pendrive/CD
2. close the installation process using cross the X from window modulies.   
3. When show the begin step-Install Now. Then insert your pendrive/CD again
4. Now install your ambition. Looks Fine
